Entre ells, l\u2019autoestima i la cura personal ocupen un lloc fonamental. Sentir-se valu\u00f3s, competent i digne de cura refor\u00e7a la motivaci\u00f3 per mantenir l\u2019abstin\u00e8ncia, alhora que redueix la vulnerabilitat front a factors de risc (estr\u00e8s, pressi\u00f3 social, estats emocionals negatius).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En aquest article explorem la relaci\u00f3 entre l\u2019autocura i la resist\u00e8ncia al consum, proposem exercicis pr\u00e0ctics per incorporar al dia a dia i expliquem com integrar-los en el teu pla de tractament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Per qu\u00e8 l\u2019autoestima protegeix davant la recaiguda?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.1 Autoefic\u00e0cia i confian\u00e7a<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019<strong>autoefic\u00e0cia<\/strong> \u00e9s la creen\u00e7a que som capa\u00e7os d\u2019enfrontar i superar els reptes en el cam\u00ed de la recuperaci\u00f3. Cada petit \u00e8xit\u2014resistir un impuls o practicar una t\u00e8cnica d\u2019afrontament\u2014refor\u00e7a la convicci\u00f3 de \u201cs\u00ed que puc\u201d (Bandura, 1977). Aquesta sensaci\u00f3 de domini personal no nom\u00e9s motiva a persistir, sin\u00f3 que actua com un escut davant la impot\u00e8ncia i prev\u00e9 la par\u00e0lisi que precedeix moltes recaigudes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.2 Reducci\u00f3 de la vergonya i la culpa<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La vergonya i la culpa despr\u00e9s d\u2019un ensopegada poden desencadenar el patr\u00f3 \u201ctot o res\u201d (\u201cja he fallat, no serveix de res seguir\u201d). Practicar l\u2019<strong>autocompassi\u00f3<\/strong>\u2014parlar-te amb la mateixa amabilitat que ho faries amb un amic, recon\u00e8ixer que equivocar-se forma part de l\u2019aprenentatge\u2014suavitza l\u2019autocr\u00edtica i transforma cada errada en una oportunitat per refor\u00e7ar estrat\u00e8gies d\u2019afrontament, en comptes d\u2019un punt i final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.3 Major sensaci\u00f3 de mer\u00e8ixer benestar<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quan interioritzem que mereixem una vida plena\u2014amb salut, relacions sanes i projectes personals\u2014creix la nostra motivaci\u00f3 per protegir aquest estat. Cada acte de cura (alimentaci\u00f3 equilibrada, descans, oci) reafirma el nostre valor i dret a un futur millor, servint de recordatori constant de per qu\u00e8 vam iniciar la recuperaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Havent ent\u00e8s com l\u2019autoestima i l\u2019autocompassi\u00f3 et protegeixen davant la recaiguda, vegem ara <strong>com traduir aquestes motivacions en accions concretes<\/strong> d\u2019autocura di\u00e0ria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. L\u2019autocura com a pr\u00e0ctica quotidiana<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019<strong>autocura<\/strong> engloba accions planificades per preservar la salut f\u00edsica, emocional i social. Treballar aquestes tres dimensions enforteix les teves defenses internes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.1 F\u00edsica<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Descans i son:<\/strong> estableix horaris regulars per dormir 7\u20138 h.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Alimentaci\u00f3 equilibrada:<\/strong> planifica \u00e0pats amb verdures, prote\u00efnes magres i greixos saludables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Exercici moderat:<\/strong> camina 30 min\/dia o practica ioga\/tai chi 2\u20133 vegades\/setmana.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.2 Emocional<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Mindfulness i relaxaci\u00f3:<\/strong> dedica 5\u201310 min diaris a atenci\u00f3 plena o exercicis de respiraci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Expressi\u00f3 emocional:<\/strong> porta un diari on anotis assoliments, emocions i pensaments positius.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Autocompassi\u00f3:<\/strong> tracta\u2019t amb la mateixa amabilitat que oferiries a un amic en dificultats.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.3 Social<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Xarxa de suport:<\/strong> mant\u00e9n contacte regular (trucades, trobades breus) amb familiars i grups de recuperaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Activitats plaents:<\/strong> recupera aficions (lectura, m\u00fasica, manualitats) o inscriu-te en tallers comunitaris.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>L\u00edmits saludables:<\/strong> apr\u00e8n a dir \u201cno\u201d a compromisos que generin estr\u00e8s excessiu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.
